No previous experience with art making or creative writing is needed, you can always engage with the prompts at a level that feels right for you. It is important to note that sharing personal stories or the creations you develop during the course is entirely voluntary.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWe'll start each session with a prompt relating to one aspect of mental health, discuss and journal. After that we distill our feelings around the prompt into a visual representation with words of affirmation on the oracle card.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe final set will be composed of 9 cards, of which you'll decide the dimension yourself. Each card will represent the answer to a different prompt\/question that might inspire you again in the future. It will be possible to laminate your cards to make them more resistant. We'll create three cards per session, using techniques such as collage, painting and drawing so the end result will showcase different styles and materials\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe goal is to leave you with creative inspiration and a set of tools to help you in the future through reflection and therapeutic art practices.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFeel free to reach out with any questions or doubts, we look forward to getting creative together!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe workshop will cost 800 NOK, which covers the cost of materials and instruction. I write poetry and produce mostly collage and mixed media art. I work at Barnekunstmuseet here in Oslo, where I organise workshops and courses.
